These socks are hand knitted from imported New Zealand Wool. Based in Kathmandu, our supplier is happy to support many of the Artisan knitters with home-working. Many of the workers have family commitments and this arrangement provides welcome flexibility. It also means they can gather in friendly knitting groups and interact socially while producing fabulous knitwear!
